Holistic Sandtray Institute:
Holistic Sandtray (HSI) & Holistic Sandtray Institute (HSI) welcomes feedback and the opportunity to addresses program participant grievances. Grievances, continuing education approvals, refunds, and any other questions or concerns should be directed to Beth Moore and the Holistic Sandtray team at [email protected].
Any grievances are discussed at a monthly team meeting of HSI senior leadership, following the receipt of such a request. The HSI team will respond to such requests within five business days of coming to a decision regarding that grievance.
Participants also have a right to issue a complaint with any of the continuing education approval sources connected to our trainings if you feel your rights as a learner have been violated or disrespected. These include but are not limited to the American Psychological Association, the National Board of Certified Counselors, the Association of Social Work Boards, Association of Play Therapy, and the International Association of Sandtray Therapy. We hope we can arrive at a mutually agreeable solution.
Payments made within the first 30 days of enrollment are fully refundable within the United States.
International refunds are not available, therefore all monies will be credited towards future trainings with Holistic Sandtray Institute.
AFTER 30 DAYS
If refunds are requested after the first 30 days after initial purchase, all monies paid will be credited towards future training with Holistic Sandtray Institute.
WITHIN 2 MONTHS OF TRAINING
Cancellations within 8 weeks of the training are not refundable. Cancellations within 48 hours of the training are not refundable, nor eligible for a transfer towards a future training.
EXCEPTIONS FOR REFUNDS
Only medically documented reasons or family deaths are considered as an exception to this policy.
No-shows are not eligible for a refund. In the case of inclement weather (ex. hurricanes), should we cancel the training, your registration would simply be moved to our rescheduled date. If the rescheduled date isn’t available for you, we can offer you another date or issue a refund.
If you terminate your training or need to leave it early for any reason, you are not eligible for a refund.
Attendance at the entire training is required for our program to remain compliant with CE organizational standards. All other situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
